Tomorrow always seems brighter. No matter how dark today gets and how many clouds show up in the sky. It rains and the clouds clear up. Sometimes its easier to maintain this perspective than other times. This perspective is one of a brighter future and walking more towards the light. "The closer you get to the light, the greater your shadow becomes." Let us not lose sight of dark, the shadow. "We must confront this shadow..." is a very typical response and its definitely in the right direction. Although I would suggest thinking of it more along lines of becoming friends with this shadow, getting to know it better. Confrontation creates good and bad; dualism. To transcend dualism, we must come from a place of unconditional love, non-judgement, and total acceptance. When we accept that our shadow will always be a part of us we can finally love ourselves fully, accept ourselves with open arms, and cast aside judgement and the idea that we are not worthy along with it. My transition into the idea of becoming a host on a podcast was only possible because I shifted one major thing. I realized that I continued to think I loved myself, but it was a complete and utter lie. I continued lying to myself over and over. I was never good enough in my own eyes to be accepted. I didn't accept myself, so why would I think others would? After walking on eighteen feet of hot coals during a fire walk, I was able to overcome. I realized that I wasn't forgiving myself for small things that I would easily forgive someone else for. Why am I holding such a high standard for myself while pretending I didn't care? I had never asked myself that question. Magic happens when you allow it to. You create your own reality. I was done with always feeling the need to be accepted by others. I decided I deserved to be accepted by my own self. I created a practice of forgiveness that I continue to do EVERY SINGLE DAY. That's what it takes folks. I am so incredibly happy to have an opportunity to bring all of you great people this life changing information. It wouldn't have been possible had I not made this incredible shift to actual real self love, self acceptance, and non-judgement of self. I would like to thank George Carroll for he has shown me the way to becoming a great facilitator myself. I'm doing the self work every day. My commitment to all of you beautiful souls is to do the work every day so I can become my best version. This is so I can continue to push each of you to do the same. There is always work to be done, and I'm not closing up shop early. Let's burn the midnight oil and change the world.

Hey everyone! I'm excited to announce that I've been invited to host a podcast in cooperation with News for the Soul podcasting group. This is going to be great because it will allow me a whole hour, every other week, to bring my greatest ideas and concepts directly to you. What's that? You have suggestions for topics? Great, I'd love to hear them. Drop me a line on the contact portion of this page, or send me an email. The first episode will air on the 6th of July, 2018. Nicole Marie Whitney will be interviewing me on the first episode so ya'll can get to know me better. I feel so incredibly blessed and have much gratitude for the opportunity to be a part of the NFTS (News for the Soul) family. The second episode will most likely be more in depth about my methodology with Biofield Tuning, and I have invited a client of mine to talk about her experiences in my office. We have some other exciting episodes on the way as well. I've been reaching out to a few different experts in their fields, as well as a few mentors of mine. I've got some exciting things lined up for all you beautiful people. Thank you for supporting me and all that I do. You all are the reason I keep going. The reward for me is that look right as soon as the light bulb goes off. Clarity is achieved, and things make sense in a way that they never did before. I've not had a single friend or client feel as though I haven't been able to significantly improve their life with my skills and techniques. Whether it's a reduction in physical or emotional pain, a past traumatic memory made not so traumatic anymore, or gaining insight into the spiritual path. I am a teacher of souls, a wielder of energy, a healer of beings, and a personal development guru. Strap yourself in and get ready. You never thought your life could change in the ways that I am able to facilitate that change.

Anyone can make one: For better or worse, anyone can write a blog post about anything they want. Everyone has a voice and the best voices will rise to the top. The writer can show their personality: In blog posts, the writer has more leeway to add in their voice and personality than other types of writing. Blogs are a great form of mass communication: You can help people, learn new things, entertain your audience-the possibilities are endless and amazing. Blogging opens up all of these to a very wide audience. You can make money: Get the right blog going and you can make a lot of money through advertising and sponsored posts. It allows people to craft better thoughts: Instead of reading haphazard, uneducated Facebook statuses, it's much better to see people's thought process in a well-written blog post. You can establish a community: Blogging allows you to connect with other individuals who share the same interests. Sharing ideas and opinions within your community helps establish yourself as a thought leader. Good for SEO: Keeping content on your site fresh and relevant, you can use your blog to boost the search engine ranking (SEO) of your site and your business. It brings people back to your site: If your blog is strong enough and updated regularly, people will come back looking for more and bring traffic back to your site as well. It's free: It costs you a grand total of zero dollars to post to the blog, so if you have something to say, there's nothing to stop you. You can establish yourself as a thought leader: A blog is a great place for your original thoughts, and it can be a wonderful way to show off your individuality. If people like your ideas, you can become a thought leader in your industry! What else do you love about blogs? Let me know!
